H & R BLOCK IS HIRING OVER 100 Client SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!!!
Tax season is fast approaching. Become one of the few chosen ones to represent the most trusted name in tax services. Client service professionals focus is to deliver outstanding client experience by creating a warm and welcoming first and last impression that exceeds the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Duties include:
• Greeting clients in a personalized, warm, friendly and inviting manner (phone and office)
• Match clients to tax professional that is best able to fulfill the client’s needs
• Manage client wait time expectations
• Schedule clients the way they want to be scheduled
• Handle clients exists by verifying current and future needs have been met
• Own resolution of clients issues, using appropriate escalation process, as needed
• Telephone interaction with clients via inbound and outbound calls
Requirements
• High school diploma/ GED required
• Must have least 1 year verifiable customer service experience in professional setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and friendly and professional disposition
• Commitment to providing high level of client satisfaction
• Professional and courteous telephone and face-to-face etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
